Coalcliff Beach

As I engage my senses to stop and feel the wind across my cheek, hear the birds chattering to one another and see the sun’s rays peek through the tree branches, I begin to think. Where did that particular breath of wind come from? Was it Turkey, London or Bali? Who did it greet prior to visiting me, a friend or future lover perhaps? How much space and darkness was travelled by the ray of light to reach my eyes? What compelled that particular bird to call that particular tree its home. The experience is simple, but the inner workings are so beautifully complex. Stop and pay attention. It blows your mind to stop and think about it, even if only for a moment.
Here's the vibes for this weeks post
